Nobody likes to read the legals pages, but… We’ve tried to keep these rules simple and commonsense.

Editorial policy.
We will not publish any material which we believe is obscene, libellous or defamatory , hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party; is illegal or otherwise not in the public interest. Please note that use of this site also includes WordPress’ terms of service, which may also change from time to time.
Though parts of his website are held confidential, much of it is publicly accessible, and posting messages (whether pages, messages, or comments) to this board constitutes publication. Please understand your legal responsibilities.
The site is actively moderated. That means, if the administrators believe that a posting falls outwith our editorial policy, it may be edited or spiked at the administrators’ sole judgement. If it becomes apparent that a posting is outwith our editorial policy, it may be edited or withdrawn without notice.
If you believe that any entry on this site is libellous, defamatory, objectionable, or inappropriate for any other reason, you should in the first instance contact the administrators of the board.
Usage policy:
This service permits, and the editors actively encourage, members to post messages, comments and responses. We recognise that, on occasion, where feelings are strongly held, emotions may run high. It is also true that, even in the hands of experienced writers (such as ourselves) written messages may be misconstrued in a way which is unlikely in face-to-face discussion. If you’ve not used this kind of online discussion before, these misunderstandings can take you by surprise.
So we’re implementing this policy: We’re grown-ups. We’re not afraid of robust debate. But fights are not appropriate. Consequently,
- Comments and responses of the form “Oh yes you did” / “Oh no I didn’t” will be deleted.
- Comments of a personal nature, incidental to the topic under discussion will be deleted.
